CHECK- IN CHECK-OUT

• Check-in time is 02:00 PM
• Early check-in from 12:00 PM will be accommodated free of charge as villa become available
• Early check-in from 9:00 am to 11:00 am an extra 50% charge of the villa/room price per night will be added to your bill
• Early check-in prior to 9:00 am an extra 100% charge of the villa/room price per night will be added to your bill
• Check-out time is 12:00 PM
• Late check-out from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM will be accommodated free of charge as villa become available
• Late check-out from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM an extra 50% charge of the villa/room price per night will be added to your bill
• Late check-out after 6:00 pm an extra 100% charge of the villa/room price per night will be added to your bill
• Check-out not allowed on December 31
• Blackout dates for check-in and check-out on Nyepi Day (March 23,2024)

MINIMUM STAY

• Minimum 3 nights stay (also required on Peak Season Period)

CHILDREN POLICY

• Child with age 6 (six) until 12 (twelve) years old sharing existing bed with parents/adults is free but valid for 1 (one) child only with Half Price Breakfast

BOOKING DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION FEE

• Booking Deposit – A 50% booking deposit from the total amount, made at the time of reservation and to secure the booking, is NON REFUNDABLE when you cancel the booking.

• HSS High Season Surcharge £25 villa/night (April 20 – 30 & June 1 – August 31, 2023)
• PSS Peak Season Surcharge £45 villa/night (December 20, 2023 – January 5, 2024)

NO-SHOW & EARLY CHECK-OUT

• Full rate or equal to 100% of total room nights booked and non-refundable
