A picture for your property is worth a thousand words” Photos are the most important part of a listing. In this case we require good and clear photos with a minimum size of 1024X768 resolution.

  • Update Calendar & Nights stay

Let us know the calendar of your property and specify minimum and maximum stay that you required for your property to create a perfect listing for future guests

  • Price

It is up to you to choose nightly price, but let us help you considering our experience and comparing market price index for the area you intend to list. Remember to specify cleaning fees, weekly discount and special prices for specific times of the year.

Ready to go live

Once the listing is ready we put it live, we interact with clients and we inform you when we get bookings. You need just to be ready to welcome ‘Your Guests’. We will check your property trend, according with your desire or expectation, but we can provide the right advice if the property is not getting enough bookings.

Cancel or decline a reservation,

If you cancel or decline a reservation, it can have a negatively impact for us and especially for your listing. Please make sure not to cancel bookings or block more than 30% of dates on the calendars once the listing is in place. Cancellation penalty will apply.

Damage Protection

The Property Damage Protection provides limited protection based on security bond, if required by the host in the rare event of guest damages. The Property Damage Protection doesn’t cover cash, securities, collectibles, rare artwork, jewellery and personal liability. We recommend that hosts secure or remove valuables when renting their place.
